An SDR (Sales Development Representative) at Abstrakt is the front line of our partners’ growth strategies. You’ll build B2B relationships, qualify leads, and book appointments with decision-makers—all while sharpening your sales skills and learning how businesses grow. It’s the perfect launchpad for a long-term sales or marketing career.
Do I need sales experience to apply?
Nope. We hire for drive, coachability, and communication skills—not just résumés. Many of our top-performing SDRs had no formal sales experience before joining. If you’re hungry to learn, ready to grow, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment, we’ll train you to succeed.
How much can an SDR make at Abstrakt?
Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) at Abstrakt typically start with total compensation between $40,000–$50,000 annually. After just six months, high performers have the opportunity to earn a base salary increase. Plus, once you’ve been here for 90 days, you’re eligible to apply for internal promotions across any of our five divisions
What training and onboarding do new reps receive?
We set you up to win from day one. New SDRs go through a comprehensive, multi-week onboarding program that includes sales training, call coaching, CRM tools, and real-time shadowing. You’ll work alongside seasoned leaders, receive continuous feedback, and grow in a collaborative environment.
